THE SLATE SEA

Anthologised beside the work of photographer Zed Nelson and well-known poets Owen Sheers, Menna Elfyn, Paul Henry, Samantha Wynne-Rhydderch and Christopher Meredith, these poems approach the slate and seaside industries of North Wales. The hardback book was commissioned by The Camden Trust as a limited edition, and is available from The Mostyn Gallery in Llandudno, or Palas Print in Caernarfon. The work was also the subject of an exhibition at Mostyn, Llandudno. The exhibtition is currently on show at the Tilt and Shift gallery in Llanrwst.

in collaboration with Robert Sheppard - poems of imaginary poet Cristòfol Subira (1957-)

As part of the Enemies project Robert Sheppard and Alys Conran together wrote the poems of fictional poet Cristòfol Subira (1957-) , one of the European Union of Imaginary Authors, a poet and street performer from Barcelona. You can watch them read his work here. The poems are to be published in the spring issue of Poetry Wales.
